What is your return/refund policy?
Naturally Drenched is committed to your complete satisfaction. We're happy to address any concerns you may have and provide a refund/replacement/return as needed. If you need to return your items, simply email help@naturallydrenched.com within 30 days for assistance. Once your return request is submitted, you have 10 days to ship back the unused item(s) before the label expires.
Will you give me a return or refund for Naturally Drenched Products bout at a retailer or Amazon?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide returns, refunds or exchanges for products not bought on our website.
